Description

For the 51st edition of the Saint-Denis festival, the programme is meant to please every ear. The most important conductors of the international classical scene will be in the Saint-Denis Basilica for symphonic concerts and choirs. Creations, recitals and more are also programmed at the Maison de l’Education de la Légion d’honneur.

Assist to the concert in the best conditions thanks to the team of La Bigoudène! The menu: salted buckwheat pancake, cider and Breton kir. You’ll be able to taste all that in the restaurant of Rudy Bariou just in front of the Basilica. Known for the quality of its Breton food, La Bigoudène is a real gourmet institution of Saint-Denis.

Then listen to the concert in the beautiful Basilica: The Verdi Requiem

After the success of his 2018 automnal european tour, Sir John Eliot Gardiner accepted to conduct the splendid Verdi Requiem for a unique date at the Festival of Saint-Denis. Accompanied by the Orchestre Révolutionnaire et Romantique, he will not miss to delight you just as he did with Monteverdi in 2017 and Bach in 2018.

Sublime
