For its 11th edition, Eté du Canal and La Villette offer you to discover De l’assiette à l’écran program (“from the plate to the screen”), mixing food cruise and outdoor screening!
Get on board for an eco-friendly cruise to discover traditional French and zero-waste cooking with the Italian caterer Altrimenti, committed to the fight against food waste. Come taste some delicious Spanish tapas while sailing on the Canal de l’Ourcq before the screening of Attache-moi!
Altrimenti is a caterer devoted to sustainable food. Altrimenti prepares, from unsold food, popular and tasty recipies by giving a second life to parts of fruits or vegetables not generally used (tops, stems, leaves, peelings, cores). They share their savoir-faire thanks to classes, tastings and workshops.
- Departure at 7:30 p.m. from the Bassin de La Villette (6 quai de Seine)
- Arrival at 9 p.m. at the Parc de La Villette, next to Folie P5
- Outdoor screening at 10:30 p.m.
Ticket includes cruise, menu (main course + dessert + drink), deckchair and blanket.
