Visit and tasting at the Demory brewery

A guided visit of a brewery is the best way for amateur and initiated beer lovers to learn to get immersed in the craft-malting universe with passionate professionals.

Founded in 1827, the Demory brewery faded in memory for a time before reliving in 2009 thanks to Kai Lorchet and Jonathan Kron. Businessmen with a strong passion for beer and in love with Paris, they decided to reinstall the brewery in the Parisian region in 2017 after a little trip of it in Germany.

The visit :

1. The path to the vats :

It will be an opportunity for you to understand how craft beer is made, all the different steps of the process and Demory’s positionning through its choice of production.

2. Tasting (of course !)

It is a friendly and fun moment to learn notions of tasting and how to choose on a menu.

After the visit you will be free to enjoy the beer garden of the brewery : a courtyard transformed in an open-air cafe, urban haven to enjoy a bit more Demory’s beers until 11 pm.
