Brunch at the National Dance Center and cruise on the canal
View date

Description

Nothing better than one of the cruises organized by Eté du Canal to discover the Ourcq canal. Embark at the Bassin de La Villette for a half an hour cruise to Pantin at the National Dance Center (CND).

A brunch prepared by the Mingway restaurant under the direction of the chef Joseph Nizard will be waiting for you. You will be able to enjoy this chill moment with your delicious food on the edge of the water at the CND.

You will also be able to visit the National Dance Center to discover this building out of scale from the atrium to the studios. Since 2004 this brutalist building became a center for art and dancing. Spaces usually closed will exceptionally be open for you such as the rooftop that has a great view on the Parisian east.

The price counts : a cruise on the Ourcq canal, a brunch and a guided visit of the CND.

The chef Joseph Nizard, from the Parisian restaurant Dame Jane, initially has a baking diploma. He also has been very influenced by Japanese cuisine. This mixture of cultures helps him to create gourmet food with asian tastes.

Mingway was born from the association between Ernest and les Pères Populaires. Ernest is a large network of chefs who decide to raise a little their prices to finance actions of local food aid. Eva Jaurena, who founded Ernest, is the director of Mingway.

The key words of the Mingway restaurant are : the democratization of gourmet food thanks to affordable prices, the requirement of only good quality food and a friendly and open space carried by a young and dynamic crew.

There will also be a bar if you want to pay more drinks :

White wine, red wine, rosé (3€ the glass), fizzy wine (6€ the glass), craft beer Gallia (5€), soft drink (2€ to 4€)
