Description
The Rhizomes festival is there to make you discover a whole universe of mixtures of traditional cultures from all around the world thanks to its rich programmation.
Embark in the Bassin de la Villette for 1h and 15min of navigation to discover the Ourcq canal all while following hot rythmes.
Tito Del Monte is a group composed of ex-musicians of the Jim Murple Memorial and the Sombres Héros who pick in the traditional cumbia playlists of the 50’s and the 60’s.
Cumbia was created in Colombia but it is actually a mixture of African, Indian and Hispanic traditions. This musical style made generations dance in South America before expanding in the world espacially by inspiring other styles (electro, hip-hop, rock…).
