Come and see the unique urban bird life and nature living on the banks of the Marne River, at Parc de la Haute Île.
Spring and summers bring such beautiful species as Grey Heron, Crested and Little Grebe, European Kingfisher, Rose-Collared Parakeet, Nightingale, Great-Spotted and Green Woodpecker, Mistle and Song Thrush and many, many more.
Also witness and learn about the birds unique behaviors as we adopt a « slow-birding » approach in the woods, pastures and around the ponds and wetlands that make up this special urban oasis.
