Come and see the unique urban bird life and nature living on the banks of the Marne River, at Parc de la Haute Île.
In the heart of Paris, you can see a surprising host of beautiful birds : Grey Heron, Rose-Collared Parakeet, European Robin, Grey Wagtail, Goldcrest, Great-Spotted and Green Woodpeckers, Blue and Crested tits, Blackbird and Song Thrush and many, many more, including birds of prey such as Kestrel and Sparrowhawk.
Their life cycles and their habits can be observed along the relaxing Marne River and in the calm Haute-île park in Neuilly-sur-Marne.
During this visit, you will learn about the bird's unique behaviours as we adopt a « slow-birding » approach in the woods, meadows and around the pond and stream that make up this special urban oasis.
Come enjoy one of the most peaceful places close to Paris, and observe with your guide, David Rosane, some of the typical urban flora and fauna of France.
