What's better than to enjoy the sun in the gardens of the Ile Seguin Rives de Seine district! This July , we concocted a program based on the Open Gardens in Ile-de-France. This event, specific to the region, is back for a 6th edition this summer. The opportunity for those who live in Ile-de-France to discover the natural and cultural heritage of their region in new light. Landscapers, inspired but the theme of contemporary garden have done a tremendous work on the green spaces of the Trapeze and Pont de Sèvres. This is the perfect moment to discover the archipelago of the Parc de Billancourt, the history of the gardens of the Pont de Sèvres district and the work of arts installed in the Jardin Bellini... Built between 1974 and 1978 by the architects Badani and Roux-Dorlut, the monumental silhouette of the Pont de Sèvres district has marked the entrance to Paris for several decades. Since 2009, the district has been under a vast urban renovation project aimed at opening it up and integrating the district into the rest of the city. Symbole of the brutalist architecture, it was the object of the realization of several gardens and landscaped areas. During this visit you will discover the past and present of the allotment gardens, discover the oasis of freshness of the Maison de la Planète and contemplate the Japanese garden of the Passage du vieux Pont de Sèvres in an atypical frame which is still under construction. The event is organized in partnership with La Maison de la Planète and the Association Jardins Familiaux Du Pont De Sèvres.
A découvrir
